Before you buy
How long does the jacket stay warm?
On Low (105°F) the jacket runs 10+ hours, Medium (115°F) about 5+ hours, and High (135°F) about 3+ hours per charge. Most people warm up on High, then drop to Low to stretch the battery across the day.
Where are the heating panels?
The panels sit on the chest and upper back to warm your core — the area that drives how warm you feel overall. Warming the core is more effective than heating the arms.
Is the power bank included?
Yes. Every jacket ships with an Aheata 7V power bank and charger. Nothing else to buy. Spare 7V batteries are available separately if you want all-day backup.
Can I wash it?
Disconnect and remove the power bank first, then follow the care label. Never wash the battery.
