Return and Exchange Notes:
All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sell-able condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells, etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to the sender.
The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of Aheata will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
Due to the nature of some products, not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes motorcycle helmets and personal care products. If you need approval, please contact our CS team.
If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3-days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)
Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, the items should be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
