Hold the touch button on the cuff for three seconds to power on, then tap to cycle through Low, Medium, and High. Most people warm up on High, then drop to Low to stretch the charge across the day.

How long do the heated gloves stay warm?
On Low (105°F) the gloves run 5+ hours per charge, Medium (120°F) about 3+ hours, and High (140°F) about 2+ hours. Because the Thinsulate lining traps heat, most people run them on High to warm up, then drop to Low to maintain — which stretches a charge across a full day outdoors.
Are these gloves warm enough for skiing and snowboarding?
Yes. The water-resistant shell and reinforced spandex palms handle snow and grip poles, and the heating panels cover the back of the hand and fingers where cold hits hardest. For all-day sub-freezing use, carry the second set of batteries so you can swap mid-day.
Do they fit men and women?
They're unisex and run XS through XXL. Measure the width of your palm across the knuckles. If you're between sizes, size up to leave room for the lining to loft and trap air.
